Second Edition. Full Leather. 12mo. 15.5 x 9cm. 10 volumes, in custom slipcase. Volume 1 with portrait engraving of William Shakespeare. Full leather with gilt border to front and rear. Edges worn, leather scratched and scuffed. Joints worn, boards remain firmly attached, volume 5 had the front board professionally repaired. Wear and chipping to other labels, spines scuffed and scratched. Bindings are overall tight. Volume 7 shows evidence of repair to front joint, tight, but opens fine. Text clean throughout, some folded down corners. A good clean set. Uncommon.
