Illustrated throughout with photos and illustrations of Old Toronto, plus [5] leaves of plates including frontispiece of Queen Victoria (with tissue guard torn). Some spotted staining to boards. Wear to tips, with slightly bumped corners. Fraying and bruising to spine ends. Small dampstains to edges of endpapers. Smal tears to head of p. 136 and outer margin of p. 193, not affecting text. Otherwise a good copy,
