Red cloth boards with embossed gilt logo of the Psi Upsilon fraternity. Signed on front free endpaper by author and other members of the Tau Chapter to Nicholas Livingston Bruen, on his initiation to the Tau Chapter in 1966. ix, [1], 229 p.p. Illustrated with photos. Light wear to edges, extremities. Spine ends bruised. Light offsetting to endpapers and light foxng. Otherwise a very good copy. William Page Harbeson [1882-1976] became initiated into the Tau following his undergraduate years at Penn State. He became a lawyer and distinguised professor in the Department of English at the University of Pensylvania. This book offers a look at the Fraternity, its history, literary meetings and members. The Tau Chapter of the Psi Upsilon was established at the university on May 5th, 1891.
