Illustrated endpapers showing characters from children's classics. [4] 243 p.p. Jacket torn, with loss to head of front jacket, with two v shaped chips affecting text. Some loss to spine tail and upper left corner of rear. Rear inner flap folded. Light smudging to boards, with gentle bumps to corners and bruising to spine ends. Pages browning, otherwise in very good condition of Swift's classic tale. Jacket illustration by Christopher Rule [1894-1983], an American artist and illustrator, active between 1940-1960.
