The book was printed to commemorate the One Hundredth Anniversary of Canada's Confederation 1867-1967 and the Tenth Anniversary of Canada's Tobacco Auction System, 1957-1967. Compliments of George A. Demeyre, Chairman, laid-in paper slip. Provides a history of the tobacco leaf, tobacco in Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes, Agricultural Process, Marketing, Export and other information about the tobacco industry in Canada. Jacket somewhat soiled, faded. Wear and rubbing to covers, creasing and jacket corners. Boards lightly bumped at corners and spine-ends. Some spotted stains to last two leaves. Otherwise interior clean, crisp. Bright. Near fine in a very good jacket.
