Orig. red cloth with screwpost binding, title lettered in yellow on front board. Unpaginated (about 600pp). Illustrated throughout with homehardware, appliances, furnishing, cooking and sporting supplies and much more. Dampstain to upper corners of last few leaves, light soiling to title-page, a name plate to front pastedown. Boards and corners worn, some spotted stains on spine, but o/w a very good copy. Walter Woods Limited was a Canadian wholesaler that had its roots in Hamilton in the 1870s, and expanding westward into Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Edmonton in the 20th century.
