Broadside poster printed to blue card. Folded and mailed from Michigan to Toronto with First Class mail stamp and US stamp franking. Some staining and sunning. Tape marks to edges from mailing. Reads "You are cordially invited to attend Detroit Rent Party No. 2, Saturday, June 3, 1967. From 5 pm until midnight at Montgomery and Sons Piano and Organ Emporium. Principal Professor will be: Eubie Blake, living legend of Harlem Piano and composer of 'Charleston Rag' and 'I'm Just Wild About Harry.' Other featured performers will include Chicago's Bob Wright, with a repertoire of 1,001 blues, stomps, and rags, and Toronto Ragtime star John Arpin."
